Renovating a family home means knowing how to look to the future without forgetting its roots. The renovation project of this villa in the province of Turin was born with the aim of transforming a residence rich in memories into a modern and comfortable environment, while maintaining deep respect for the original architecture.
The intervention focused on a refined chromatic and material restyling. The historic brick facades were enhanced with a dark, distinctive paint, combined with earthy tones and the pure white of the eaves. We chose to preserve the stone cladding and the original outdoor paving, creating a dialogue between historical elements and new installations, such as glass balustrades and the bioclimatic pergola on the terrace, which modernize its profile.
Crucial for the success of the project was the study of lighting: the integration of latest-generation LED technologies allows the villa to reveal new nuances over 24 hours, emphasizing volumes and material details even at night, for total livability of both outdoor and indoor spaces.

We believe design is both a creative and a technical act.
Every project is the result of careful analysis of spaces, client needs, and the expressive potential of materials.
3D rendering is not just a representation tool, but an integral part of the creative and communication process.
