Contemporary Spanish Style Villa

Located in the green heart of Georgia (USA), this villa represents a masterful synthesis between the charm of contemporary Spanish style and an organic architecture capable of dialoguing with the landscape. The project develops on an "H" shaped plan, a strategic choice that allows for a clear separation between privacy towards the neighborhood and a total openness towards the private forest and the stream.

The pulsating heart of the residence is the intimate courtyard, a central space where the internal areas naturally flow towards zones dedicated to relaxation, outdoor dining, and conviviality. Here, the boundary between inside and outside disappears, allowing nature to become an integral part of the decor.

Distinctive elements of the project are the imposing double-sided fireplace, designed to heat both the internal living area and the outdoor patio, and an evocative porch with fully openable glass walls. The latter culminates in a cantilevered balcony over the stream, a true suspended window that allows for total immersion in the sounds and colors of the forest, redefining the concept of residential well-being in an international key.
