Contemporary Industrial Loft

This project represents a 360-degree redevelopment of an industrial building, transformed into a bright and sophisticated loft where contemporary industrial style finds its maximum expression. The design challenge was to maintain the productive soul of the place, converting it into a dream residence characterized by XL volumes, both in plan and in height.

The material leitmotif is a constant dialogue between strength and warmth: natural reclaimed wood, left almost raw, contrasts with the rigidity of iron and exposed pipes. The surfaces celebrate pure materiality, alternating rustic brick cladding with exposed concrete walls inspired by the poetics of Tadao Ando, creating a sincere and highly personal architectural shell.

The concept is completed by a meticulous lighting design study. Light, both natural and artificial, is not a simple accessory but a constructive ingredient: large windows flood the open spaces, while artificial light cuts emphasize the raw textures of the walls, transforming each environment into a dynamic and welcoming living scenery.
