Private Garden Design

The transformation of this private garden stems from a clear vision: to go beyond the traditional concept of a green space to create a true extension of the living area. The result is a minimalist and material design that harmoniously blends daily relaxation with the pleasure of outdoor entertainment.

The heart of the project is the living area, where the lawn gives way to continuous paving with a surprising "floating" effect. The platform, detached 60 cm from the boundary walls, creates a perimeter "green backdrop" that houses a hidden LED lighting system, making the surface appear suspended in the vegetation. This stage hosts various functions: an intimate lounge area with a fire pit, a central dining area, and an all-black outdoor kitchen with a bar counter, surmounted and protected by an elegant bioclimatic pergola.

Acting as a hinge between the paved area and the green lung of the garden is the project's "Wow" element: a scenic wall clad in natural stone from which a blade of water flows. Enhanced by grazing lighting (wall grazing), the waterfall not only offers a magnificent visual impact but also generates a relaxing soundscape capable of acoustically isolating the oasis from the surrounding urban context. The project is completed with a meticulously maintained Zoysia Japonica lawn, traversed by irregular Japanese-style stepping stones, and boundary walls transformed into vertical backdrops thanks to wood cladding and climbing greenery.
