Contemporary Interior Design

The reinterpretation of the spaces on this first floor stems from the desire to blend a scenic aesthetic, with a strong visual impact, with the maximum comfort of daily life. The primary objective of the project was to maximize natural light and the fluidity of pathways, defining the environments through a warm and welcoming material palette laid on a rigorously modern base.

The pulsating heart of the home is the large open space, unified by a refined wood-effect porcelain stoneware floor. Here, the kitchen develops on three sides with a large island, becoming a true convivial hub. The living area is dominated by two architectural elements with a sculptural character: the fireplace, a visual focal point and meeting place, and the staircase. The latter transcends its function as a simple connection to become a protagonist piece of furniture: the dark metal structure with cantilevered wooden steps dialogues with the vertical slats of the boiserie, creating a modern game of "see-through-not-see-through".

The sleeping area transforms into an excellent private retreat. The master suite features a walk-in closet with industrial-style glass walls, which ensures capacity without visually fragmenting the space. The en-suite bathroom, warmed by the veins of travertine, houses a generous emotional walk-in shower. Functionality and elegance are also found in the second bathroom, enhanced by a sculptural freestanding bathtub, and in the super-equipped laundry room.

The lighting design completes and enhances the entire concept. The atmosphere is expertly sculpted by indirect lights and LED strips integrated into the furnishings and false ceilings: a luminous direction that gives depth to the environments and allows for the creation of evocative scenarios, perfect for every moment of the day.
