L'obiettivo primario del progetto è stato massimizzare la luminosità naturale e la fluidità dei percorsi, definendo gli ambienti attraverso una palette materica calda e accogliente posata su una base rigorosamente moderna.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Il cuore pulsante dell'abitazione è il grande open space, unificato da un raffinato pavimento in gres porcellanato effetto legno. Qui, la cucina si sviluppa su tre lati con un'ampia isola, diventando un vero e proprio hub conviviale. Il living è dominato da due elementi architettonici dal carattere scultoreo: il camino, fulcro visivo e luogo d'incontro, e la scala. Quest'ultima supera la sua funzione di semplice collegamento per diventare un arredo protagonista: la struttura in metallo scuro con gradini in legno a sbalzo dialoga con i listelli verticali della boiserie, creando un moderno gioco di \"vedo-non-vedo\".\u003C/p>\u003Cp>La zona notte si trasforma in un rifugio privato d'eccellenza. La suite padronale è caratterizzata da una cabina armadio con pareti vetrate in stile industriale, che garantisce capienza senza frammentare visivamente lo spazio. Il bagno en-suite, riscaldato dalle venature del travertino, ospita una generosa doccia walk-in emozionale. Funzionalità ed eleganza si ritrovano anche nel secondo bagno, impreziosito da una scultorea vasca freestanding, e nella lavanderia super-attrezzata.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>A completare e valorizzare l'intero concept è il progetto illuminotecnico. L'atmosfera è sapientemente scolpita da luci indirette e tagli LED integrati negli arredi e nei controsoffitti: una regia luminosa che conferisce profondità agli ambienti e permette di creare scenari suggestivi, perfetti per ogni momento della giornata.\u003C/p>","\u003Cp>The reinterpretation of the spaces on this first floor stems from the desire to blend a scenic aesthetic, with a strong visual impact, with the maximum comfort of daily life. The primary objective of the project was to maximize natural light and the fluidity of pathways, defining the environments through a warm and welcoming material palette laid on a rigorously modern base.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>The pulsating heart of the home is the large open space, unified by a refined wood-effect porcelain stoneware floor. Here, the kitchen develops on three sides with a large island, becoming a true convivial hub. The living area is dominated by two architectural elements with a sculptural character: the fireplace, a visual focal point and meeting place, and the staircase. The latter transcends its function as a simple connection to become a protagonist piece of furniture: the dark metal structure with cantilevered wooden steps dialogues with the vertical slats of the boiserie, creating a modern game of \"see-through-not-see-through\".\u003C/p>\u003Cp>The sleeping area transforms into an excellent private retreat. The master suite features a walk-in closet with industrial-style glass walls, which ensures capacity without visually fragmenting the space. The en-suite bathroom, warmed by the veins of travertine, houses a generous emotional walk-in shower. Functionality and elegance are also found in the second bathroom, enhanced by a sculptural freestanding bathtub, and in the super-equipped laundry room.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>The lighting design completes and enhances the entire concept.
