Liberty Villa Subdivision

The objective of this ambitious project is the transformation and enhancement of a historic residence into two prestigious apartments, capable of maintaining a perfect spatial and aesthetic balance. The winning strategy was vertical integration: the attic floor was recovered and connected via light, designer internal stairs, converting the units into two spacious modern duplexes immersed in a prestigious Liberty context.

Apartment 1: Fluidity and Representation The concept for the first unit involved the metamorphosis of an originally cramped entrance into a large, bright Open Space. By combining the old kitchen with the first bedroom, we created a highly representative living area characterized by a double exposure. The master sleeping area remains a private retreat on the main floor, while the attic volume accommodates a second, intimate and reserved bedroom.

Apartment 2: The Elegance of the Master Suite This second unit acquires the property's former central living room, providing a living area with spectacular proportions. The true jewel is the sleeping area, where a majestic Master Suite has been created: the space is enhanced by a double scenic fireplace, a custom-made walk-in closet, and a luxurious private bathroom with a freestanding tub.
