La strategia vincente è stata l'integrazione verticale: il piano sottotetto è stato recuperato e collegato tramite scale interne leggere e di design, convertendo le unità in due ampi Duplex moderni immersi in un prestigioso contesto Liberty.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Appartamento 1: Fluidità e Rappresentanza Il concept per la prima unità ha previsto la metamorfosi di un ingresso originariamente angusto in un grande Open Space luminoso. Unendo la vecchia cucina alla prima camera, abbiamo creato una zona giorno di forte rappresentanza caratterizzata da un doppio affaccio. La zona notte padronale rimane un rifugio privato al piano principale, mentre il volume del sottotetto accoglie una seconda camera, intima e riservata.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Appartamento 2: L'Eleganza della Master Suite Questa seconda unità acquisisce l'ex salone centrale della proprietà, regalando una zona living dalle proporzioni spettacolari. The winning strategy was vertical integration: the attic floor was recovered and connected via light, designer internal stairs, converting the units into two spacious modern duplexes immersed in a prestigious Liberty context.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Apartment 1: Fluidity and Representation The concept for the first unit involved the metamorphosis of an originally cramped entrance into a large, bright Open Space. By combining the old kitchen with the first bedroom, we created a highly representative living area characterized by a double exposure. The master sleeping area remains a private retreat on the main floor, while the attic volume accommodates a second, intimate and reserved bedroom.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Apartment 2: The Elegance of the Master Suite This second unit acquires the property's former central living room, providing a living area with spectacular proportions.
