Classic Style Restaurant Design

The interior design project of this restaurant unfolds through a fluid sequence of environments, defining a spatial identity with a strong scenic impact. The concept is based on a fascinating dialogue between the rigor of contemporary design and the majestic references to classical and Renaissance art.

The architectural shell is characterized by a precise material and chromatic dichotomy. On one side, the materiality of the gray walls with a spatulated effect finish; on the other, the pristine cleanliness of the lower boiserie and elegant moldings. Among these, fluted pilasters and architraves designed to frame imposing reproductions of frescoes and sculptural details stand out. The focal point of the first area is a geometrically volumetric counter, embellished with a ceramic cladding featuring a star pattern that is cleverly echoed as a backdrop in the display shelving.

A fundamental compositional role is entrusted to the lighting design. The striking black dome pendant lamps with golden interiors were chosen to diffuse a rigorous neutral light onto the tables, enhancing the ambient tones without ever altering their chromatic perception. This solution integrates perfectly with the recessed spotlights in the false ceilings and, above all, with the abundant zenithal light that floods the pavilion-style hall, characterized by a pitched roof with exposed trusses and a large central skylight.

Providing a visual counterpoint to this rich classical decorative apparatus is furniture with an essential design. Modern anthracite gray seating and tables, dressed with a measured interplay of superimposed tablecloths, rest on continuous light plank flooring. This horizontal element visually unifies the entire spatial composition, ensuring perfect formal coherence for the guest's perceptual experience.
