The design challenge was to maintain the productive soul of the place, converting it into a dream residence characterized by XL volumes, both in plan and in height.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>The material leitmotif is a constant dialogue between strength and warmth: natural reclaimed wood, left almost raw, contrasts with the rigidity of iron and exposed pipes. The surfaces celebrate pure materiality, alternating rustic brick cladding with exposed concrete walls inspired by the poetics of Tadao Ando, creating a sincere and highly personal architectural shell.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>The concept is completed by a meticulous lighting design study.
